• Initial consultation with the developer, lender, management company, homeowner’s association, etc. to determine project approval needs.
• Gather all required legal documents and appraisals to underwrite them for compliance with FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and any other investor.
• Package and submit all required documents to the various government agencies for their review and acceptance.
• Maintain a master file for each project of all the required documents and correspondence.
• Recommend related services in the areas of project attorneys, engineers, appraisers, lenders (for developers), interior designers, etc. to assist the developers and others, including lenders, homeowners associations, management companies, realtors, etc.
• Provide training to lenders and loan officers through webinars or in-office meetings in the area of project approval. Train lenders on the different requirements for each agency. Train loan officers on how to penetrate the condominium market in their area.
